Bookings

• June to Sept inclusive £350 per week
• April May and October £290 per week
• November to March £265 per week

Prices include:

All facilities , electric, Gas and Water, Cleaning and Laundry.

A returnable key deposit of £80 will be required with booking.

A collection and delivery service to and from both Alicante Airport and Murcia Airport can be arranged at an approximate cost of: (Payment is made directly to the driver)

• Alicante 55 Euros each way
• Murcia 45 Euros each way.

Normal change over day is Saturday but arrangements can be made for other times subject to availability.

Long week ends or mid week breaks can be negotiated and priced according to requirements Call Wendy to confirm availability and terms.

Golf holidays/breaks can be arranged subject to availability at the 3 local championship courses of Villamartin, Campamor or Las Ramblas.

All breakages not replaced at the time will be deducted from the deposit.
All lost keys will result in the key deposit being forfeited.

The owners reserve the right to refuse bookings at all times.

Bookings taken will need a 20% deposit on booking and full payment at least 4 weeks before booking date. This does not include the £80 key deposit payable with final payment at 4 weeks before departure.

Refunds will be made under the following conditions:

Cancellation by owners (at any time)	Full refund
12 weeks before date	Full deposit
8 weeks before date	50 % deposit
4 weeks before date	No refund
less than 4 weeks & more than 2 weeks before date	50 % of balance only
less than 2 weeks notice	No refund

• Paypal
• Electronic transfer
• Cheque or bankers draft
• Cash
• Sorry no credit cards.
• All payments to be made in sterling.
